I remember when I first watched this back in 2021. The build up, the emotions and how Negan broke the fearless leader Rick Grimes and took lives from him and made him suffer in the worst ways imaginable through physchological torture. Also, how Negan did the same to rest of the surviors and his subordinates. It's been 6-7 years since this happened and Glenn canonically has been dead for 13 years now. " The Day Will Come When You Won't Be " not only introduced the most anticipated villain to be shown on televsion but marked a new era and shifting in the story's plot.

In the series finale, the dinner scene before Rosita dies is such a touching callback to the scene here where Negan tells the group they'll never be happy sitting around the table at Sunday dinner ever again. The group truly proved Negan wrong by living out the reality they believed had been taken from them. Even though Glenn and Abe aren't at the dinner in the finale, the group was able to gather around the dinner table once more and recreate the "dream" in this scene. The best part is that Negan is outside, alone, looking in on the group. The look and nod between Daryl and Negan perfectly represents the relationship between the group and Negan: they defeated him and they are better than he is. I am so happy the series finale took the time to connect with this moment in the series. Its very satisfying to see the group build themselves back up from this point.

Jon Snow and Dani were the rulers the realm needed. They were chosen by their peers to rule. Jon didn't want power he wanted was to be a Stark. Snow earned his crown but had to walk away from it. But I would've loved to see Jon create the House Of Snow though. Just imagine. "I have the blood of the wolf and Dragon but I'll always be Snow". Rick was right..he really did kill Negan..by taking all he had ..his power..his people..everything that made him strong..and last but not least..by locking him up in that cell..he destroyed him..murdering him would've been too easy on Negan
